I was pleasantly surprised by my stay at a 3-star hotel that provided services on par with a 4-star. I booked a suite which had two rooms, one with a kingsize bed and the other with a spacious sofa bed for extra sleeping space. Each room had its own TV, air conditioning, windows, and balcony, which was perfect for my family with children. The hotel also had drinking water machines on each floor, saving me from buying water during my stay. The restaurant/breakfast was comparable to a 4-star hotel, offering a variety of hot and cold meals, juices, teas, and coffees. The hotel personnel, from the reception to the breakfast staff, were polite and friendly, making my stay even more enjoyable. With its central location, I was able to easily explore the city on foot. I highly recommend this hotel for its unexpected level of comfort and service.

This hotel is a hidden gem in a quiet, old area of the city. The location is perfect for exploring the main attractions, as it's just a short walk away. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful, particularly the guy with eye glasses and the lady at the pantry. The rooms on the 6th floor are clean, well-maintained, and equipped with basic amenities.
No improvements needed, everything was great.

The hotel was located in a prime spot, close to the theatre district while still being in a peaceful area. We were impressed with the cleanliness of the rooms and the provided amenities in the bathroom. The breakfast spread was fulfilling, offering a variety of options to choose from. we loved the water cooler on the floor and the ironing board provided in the room.
The staff's communication skills were limited, making it difficult to understand the menu and communication in general.

We had a lovely escape in a quiet neighborhood, within walking distance to main attractions. The bathroom was modern, and the amenities were provided. The staff spoke English, which was helpful when we needed assistance with an issue.
The room was not what we expected. It was very compact and made us feel a bit claustrophobic.

Had a blast in this lovely city! The hotel staff were super helpful & friendly. Complementary water bottles & a water dispenser on every floor was a great touch. The breakfast was amazing, with a wide range of dishes to suit every taste, + the location couldn't have been better. Close enough to major attractions but far enough for a peaceful night's sleep. it was a great experience.
There were a few things that could have been better. Our room had no fridge or mini-bar, which made it difficult to store food, so we had to eat out more.

This hotel in a quiet neighborhood was a pleasant surprise. Located on a peaceful street in an old area, it offered great value for money. The staff were friendly and spoke English, which was a plus. I was impressed by the attention to detail in the clean and comfortable rooms. There was even an electric kettle with tea provided. The breakfast on the 6th floor was adequate, although it could have included more fruits or viennoiseries.
All was fine and met my needs.
